The final result is professional and detailed. Overall, the document received is very good and certainly suitable for bank financing. However, the application process, the measurement procedure, and the data analysis took longer than expected, and there were a few misunderstandings. It did take a while for the surveyor to arrive on-site, but that was probably due to the holiday season. Everything was done perfectly! This involved the complete preparation of documents for a repeatedly converted bungalow from the 1960s, including all floor plans, views, and calculated areas and gross floor area.
