  • Offers/Contacts: Limited number per month
  • Agency fees: 10%
Starter subscription
For those who want to increase their visibility and efficiency, the Starter subscription is a good option. 
For example 9.99€ per month (with monthly billing) you will receive:
  • Unlimited project uploads
  • Offers/Contacts: Unlimited
  • Visible to clients in architects list
  • Agency fees: 10%
Professional subscription
The Professional subscription is ideal for architects who require maximum visibility and full functionality. 
For example 49.99€ per month (with monthly billing) you will receive:

  • Pro symbol on profile
  • Prioritized messages/offers for builders
  • Communication outside the platform possible
  • Other exclusive benefits
  • No agency fees
Fees for the payment service provider
  • All subscriptions incur additional 5% fees for the payment service provider.
  • Exception: payment outside the platform (only permitted with the Professional subscription). Not recommended as no security is guaranteed by Odepla.

Why does Odepla charge service fees?

  • Hosting and ongoing maintenance of the platform to ensure a smooth user experience;
  • Investing in the further development of the platform to always meet the current needs of users;
  • Marketing activities with content creators to make Odepla accessible to a wider target group;
  • Taxes, accounting and general administrative costs to ensure smooth operations and legal compliance.
